Calling All Senior Adults for “Romance is in the Air” - February 13, 4:00 PM
The NC Master Chorale Chamber Choir performance Romance is in the Air will be held at Kenan Recital Hall, Peace College on February 13. You will hear “What the World Needs Now” and other classic songs by Burt Bacharach. We will leave the church parking lot at 3 p.m. Following the performance, we will go to the cafeteria in Cameron Village. To RSVP, please fill out one of the envelopes in the rack below the deposit slot in our main hallway. Include your name and Romance In The Air. A check or cash in the amount of $14 will reserve your seat. Dinner will be dutch treat.
Children’s Choir Festival, February 20
Children in 3rd-5th grade are invited to travel to High Point for the annual CBF Children’s Choir Festival. We will meet at the church at 7:30 a.m. and return between 5 and 5:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to join with other children from around the state for a festival experience. Newcomers’ Luncheon - February 21
We enjoy getting to know our newcomers! If you are a newcomer or visitor, we invite you to be our guest for lunch following worship on February 21. To help us prepare for the correct number of people, please contact Christine Moore at cmoore@hbbc.net/645-6733 by February 18. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall on the main floor of the building. There will be a brief overview of life here at HBBC, along with discussion and the opportunity to meet church leaders, ministers and other newcomers. We look forward to meeting with you!
Mission Fair and Car Race, February 24
Everyone is encouraged to attend a fun Family Night featuring our Mission Fair and Car Race! A trophy presentation will held at the conclusion of the races. The schedule is as follows:

Dinner Line Open: 5:00–6:00 PM
Best Car Design Voting: 5:45–6:00 PM
Car Race Begins: 6:00 PM
