Chowan Singers in Worship -  March 7
Chowan Singers, the premier choral ensemble of Chowan University, will lead us in Worship. Chowan Singers are under the direction of Dr. Gregory Parker, Professor of Music and Chair of the Department of Music at Chowan University. Paula Pressnell, Artist in Residence at Chowan, is the accompanist for the groups.

Operation Inasmuch - April 24
HBBC will once again participate in the statewide mission blitz of Operation Inasmuch! WHEELS4HOPE (W4H)
W4H is a faith-based and volunteer-driven organization whose mission is to accept, repair and refurbish donated vehicles and provide them at low cost to low-income families and individuals. By providing safe, reliable transportation, W4H has helped people within the Raleigh community maintain employment and stabilize their lives.  To participate in this ministry donate a used car or encourage friends and neighbors when they buy a new car to donate their used car.
